Julie Mangini is an adaptive executive coach and corporate leader with a diverse background from her experience as an attorney, her expertise in career development and recruiting, and her knowledge of executive leadership and business from her time spent as COO of Update, Inc. She has served on numerous Boards of Directors, giving her keen insight into the world of leadership. Her business experience includes management and development in Human Resources, Staffing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Training, Recruiting, and Legal Services. Julie has spent the last 15 years working with clients in the sports and entertainment industries, non-profit, medical, real estate, general business, and entrepreneurial fields.

As a senior consultant with the telos institute, Julie coaches to empower others to become the best versions of themselves. She enjoys partnering with leaders to identify their goals, navigate tough change, guide their employees, and gain confidence in their decision-making skills. She specializes in helping clients discover different ways of viewing themselves and situations to approach and resolve issues in the most productive way. Julie collaborates with clients to realize their true potential. By effectively and efficiently considering their strengths and weaknesses, clients gain the ability to establish their goals with greater ease. Together, she works to build upon strengths, identify and improve gaps, develop a deeper understanding of past performances – and ultimately reach their aspirations with confidence and authenticity.

Julie earned her BA from the University of Maryland and her JD from the University of Baltimore. She received her certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, is a member of ICF, and is a certified DISC and EIQ assessment practitioner.

Julie lives in Moreland Hills, Ohio, with her husband, Eric, and their three sons. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, music, walking on the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
