Anne Papinchak is an executive leadership coach, who focuses on building strong cultures, leaders and teams. She has over 20 years of experience working with executive leadership to assess, select and implement cross-company strategic initiatives to create the capacity to achieve business results. Anne is an inspirational leader, coach, consultant and facilitator with strong business acumen and a proven track record for delivering results.

As a senior consultant with the telos institute, Anne focuses on building trust and working with leaders to create a work environment that enables teams to succeed. She has led several business excellence/transformation functions, led diversity and inclusion initiatives, and served several years as a senior examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award program where she assisted internal and external clients to apply the Criteria for Performance Excellence. She is a skilled change agent with a recognized ability to coach executives, senior leaders, and strategic teams.

Anne is a certified, professional coach and draws on her diverse experience in business and consulting to provide insight, strategies and support to each of her clients.  She received her BS from Syracuse University, her M Ed. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and coaching certifications from ICF and Duquesne University. In addition, Anne holds additional certifications in conversational intelligence, crucial conversations, and various assessment tools.

Anne lives in the Greater Pittsburgh region with her husband and two sons.
