Chris Howard

Senior Consultant

Chris Howard is an experienced management professional based in the San Francisco Bay Area with nearly two decades of success in creating and implementing complex leadership, change management, and organizational development initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.

She has extensive experience designing, developing and facilitating leadership, competency and talent development programs for large and complex organizations such as Chevron, Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas and Electric and Kaiser Permanente. As a senior consultant, Chris uses her servant leadership style to assist leaders in discovering and leveraging their natural strengths to build strong teams, companies, and communities.

Chris holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.  She is certified in multiple tools including Situational Leadership, DiSC, Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, Lominger Competencies, FIRO-B, Kinexa and PDi Ninth-House multisource feedback tools.

When she is not working, you will find Chris playing volleyball, coaching youth soccer, volunteering in her community or hiking with her husband Todd, their three children and their English Bulldog.  She is a Los Angeles native who has fallen in love with the Bay Area and all the beauty and diversity it has to offer.
