Jennifer believes that transformative leadership is crucial in order to address organizational challenges and create sustainable change. She is a Master Somatic coach, trainer and organizational consultant with over 20 years experience in leadership, team development, organizational change, and strategic planning. Her background reaches both national and international clients in a diverse set of verticals including healthcare, finance, IT, entertainment, and education.

As an experience designer and a consultant with the telos institute, Jennifer’s work with leaders and organizations increases their personal and professional satisfaction and effectiveness by bringing their actions into alignment with their deepest commitments and goals. Using sound principles and practices of adult development and somatic awareness, Jennifer’s work enables individuals and corporations to uncover and articulate their intentions, formulate goals, and coordinate more effectively in action and language.

Jennifer is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Certified Hudson Institute Coach, and Strozzi Institute Master Somatic Coach. She has extensive experience in Human Resources Leadership including ten years at Patagonia where she contributed to the design of a unique corporate culture. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Business from Antioch University, and is the co-author of A Princess and Her Garden, A Fable of Awakening and Arrival.

For the past five years she has served on the board of directors of the nonprofit Leading From Within, a Santa Barbara based organization focused on creating a more innovative and collaborative social sector for the greater good of all.

Jennifer lives in Santa Barbara, California where she enjoys spending time with family and friends. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, cycling, and skiing.
