Mira Ringler is an executive coach and leadership consultant. She works with clients to maximize their personal competitive advantage by focusing on their executive presence, leadership brand and interactions with others. As a senior consultant at the telos institute, Mira builds on the fundamental elements that make her clients unique and helps leverage strengths and hone qualities that will influence others and get results. She challenges clients to think about what impression they want to make and what needs to shift to get there. Mira has worked as a Senior Vice President at BlessingWhite, a global human resources consulting firm, where she served on the executive team and managed a team of sales professionals. She also worked at The Advisory Board, a Washington, DC-based research and technology think tank. Recent clients include: Google, Stripe, Genentech, Kaiser Permanente, Ernst & Young, Coca-cola, Nestle, University of California, and Los Angeles County.

Mira knows from her experience as a senior leader that there are many facets to being successful – it’s about passion for the work, self-confidence, authenticity in all relationships, strategic thinking, asking the unexpected, provocative question and getting results. Mira helps clients be thoughtful and deliberate about the impact they want to have in any interaction. She does not shy away from challenging them.

She received her B.A. in English from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Mira’s coaching certification is from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).  She is on the faculty of The Energy Project, Coro Northern California and the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy.

Mira resides in San Francisco and loves to travel, read, hike and cook. She also donates her time to local non-profit organizations including Ascend Leadership and Chinatown Children’s Community Center.
