Pamela Clark

Senior Consultant

Pamela is an accomplished senior executive leader with 30 years of experience in the retail industry, including specialty retail, quick service retail, and grocery retail. During Pamela’s tenure with Fortune 500 brands – McDonald’s Corporation, PepsiCo (Taco Bell Division), & Starbucks as well as international and regional companies she has held responsibility for both operational and cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives across the organization.

After coaching hundreds of leaders, at all organizational levels, and working with both individuals and teams to explore and understand their innate preferences for performing and operating within the organizational culture, Pamela has found that understanding and leveraging unique preferences allows the individual contributor, team and organization to grow in a rewarding and sustainable way. Her experience and approach means, as a senior consultant, Pamela is a true resource for identifying and developing leaders across a broad array of telos clients.

Pamela earned her B.A. in Social Science from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was also inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society, and earned her M.S. Organizational Studies (Leadership) from Robert Morris University. Pamela considers herself a lifetime learner, and has completed the Dale Carnegie Executive Leadership Training, and the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business – Executive Education Series. Pamela is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Instructor/Interpreter through the American Management Association, and a Certified Food Safety Instructor/Proctor with the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Pamela is most proud of mentoring youth in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh Organization for more than 10 years, and being honored with her husband as the Big Couple of the Year in 2004.

Pamela and her husband, John, reside in Pittsburgh, PA, where they have lived for more than 28 years. In her free time, Pamela enjoys reading, journaling, traveling, sailing, tennis, gourmet cooking and spending time with her many nieces, nephews and family. As a resident in the City of Champions, Pamela enthusiastically waves the “original Terrible Towel” for the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates.
