Suzette Williamson

Senior Consultant

Suzette has been working with diverse populations of individuals seeking to improve their leadership and management potential for over 28 years. She is a Board Certified Executive and Life Coach and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervisor.

As a senior consultant with the telos institute, Suzette takes a relational approach to coaching with an emphasis on individual purpose, giftedness, vision and values, while helping to refine deeper self-awareness for effective leadership skills, career, and life satisfaction. Building on the power of intentional change, individual needs, personality, and learning style preferences, Suzette explores personal significance leading to a well-integrated life of purpose and personal meaning.

She most recently worked as a Life Coach, Instructor and Resilience Specialist with University Hospitals of Cleveland in the Connor Integrative Health Network. Her work also included coaching in the Hospital’s Executive Health Program, coaching corporate executives on balance, stress-management and tools for sustaining practices of renewal as part of their annual visits.

Suzette spent over 24 years of her career in higher education with both the Weatherhead School of Management and Case School of Engineering at Case Western Reserve University. She worked with diverse organizations, executives, managers, trainers, sponsors, corporate clients, advisory groups, and hundreds of specialized graduate students. Her last 7 years were dedicated to serving as the Executive Director for the Institute for Management and Engineering.

Additionally, Suzette is also Supervising Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She holds a M.A. in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a B.S. in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College. She is certified to administer the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (Korn Ferry). She earned a certificate in Coaching and Developing Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from Case Western Reserve University and a Level 1 Certification in Experiential Education from the Institute for Experiential Learning.

Suzette lives in Cleveland, Ohio and finds her greatest joy and passion in working with individuals, being in community with others, her love for dogs, nature, traveling and enjoying her immediate family, grown children and grandchildren.
