In the newly created role of associate director, client relationships, James ensures our partners are not just satisfied, but ecstatic at the quality of what we’ve helped them accomplish – and that we can find new ways to help our partners reach their highest peaks.
With extensive experience as a business owner, business executive, and business coach, Rita understands the language of business and the impact that individual leaders and leadership can have on results. She leverages a thirty-five year business career and a broad repertoire of functional and operational experiences. Rita has been responsible for the P&L and strategic direction of seven different businesses, three as owner/principal and four as a corporate executive. Rita is a senior consultant with telos.
Shanna is a Human Resources and Organizational Development leader with more than 15 years of experience across various industries and within both small and large organizations. She has worked in generalist, specialist, and management roles across a variety of disciplines, including recruiting & staffing, compensation, HRIS, diversity & inclusion, performance management, assessments, succession planning, leadership training & development, coaching & mentoring, and change management. In her current role as a senior consultant with telos, Shanna helps companies in all areas of leadership development and HR strategy.
For the last nine years as a management consultant, Dan has collaborated with talented and dedicated directors, VPs, and C-level leaders at global industrial technology manufacturers, national and regional nonprofits, and small- and mid-sized private businesses. Dan’s work helps them define paths to grow revenue, build the necessary industry relationships, and develop effective teams and leaders to get it done. As a senior consultant at telos, Dan works with CEOs and executive teams, providing focus, structure, and accountability for governance and business planning; design and facilitation of leadership development programs; and executive coaching.
Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in several key areas, including business process improvement and project management / analysis. As a certified Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt and in her role at telos as a project manager, Wendy will support our continued growth by orchestrating, quantifying, and supporting the implementation of various elements of our operation, including business development, project management, project fulfillment, and technology as well as providing tactical support to new and upcoming telos projects.
Shelley, client engagement manager, will support our engagement follow-up process as well as assist in fulfilling several vital corporate administrative functions.
