Justin King is a Political and Environmental Science major at Miami university. He currently works as an environmental educator at the Shaker Lakes Nature Center. Justin is passionate about the outdoors and aspires to work for the EPA or National Parks System.

Proudest moment in life so far: Being a 3x state and 1x national champion in rugby at St. Ignatious.

Kelvin Matos Sanchez is enthusiastic about being of service and always centers the community in all of his perspectives. He is currently an adult learner program coordinator at Esperanza. Kelvin is excited to begin his studies at Franklin University this fall 2024. Kelvin wants to be a CEO/President of a non-profit one day.

Proudest moment in life so far:  Mentoring and helping people in my community to reach their goals.

Esther Pogu is a current major of cybersecurity at Cuyahoga County Community College and wants to pursue a career in the field once she graduates.

Proudest moment in life so far: Moving to a new country all by myself at a young age and pursuing new opportunities for myself.

Leanne Karberg is a civil and environmental engineering major at Cuyahoga County Community College. Leanne is passionate about the environment and wants to rehabilitate unusable places that have been destroyed and find new purposes for them. Leanne is also a kitchen manager at Chipotle

Proudest moment in life so far: Saving up money to go to Spain

Mizan Byansi is a Cuyahoga County Community College (Tri-C) graduate in precision machining technology. Mizan also works at Heinen’s deli as well as Rocket Mortgage guest services. Mizan wants to advance her career in machining for a tool and die journeymen’s card.

Proudest moment in life so far: Graduating college while working two jobs. Being one of two girls in a predominantly male industry.

Simmiloluwa Olumide is a cybersecurity major at Cuyahoga County Community College. He wants to be a cybersecurity consultant and currently works as a summer intern at Tri-C

Te’angelique Bolwaire is a currently pursuing her associate of arts degree and works at St. Martin de Porres admission office.  She wants to be an artist.

Proudest moment in life so far: Graduating high school and earning scholarships.

Edona Vajushi is currently pursuing her associate of arts degree at Cuyahoga County Community College. Edona aspires to work with international people and help them to adjust to living in the U.S.

Proudest moment in life so far: Moving to America and pursuing a third degree. 

Meir Manevich is a Computer Science major at Cleveland State University. Meir wants to write and ship his own computer program from start to finish

Proudest moment in life so far: Completing 1700 hours of service for AmeriCorps after high school, before starting college.

Arianna Frolo is a current student at Tri-C majoring in interior design. Arianna is still exploring her career aspirations and is enjoying learning from all of her current coursework

Anne Marie Toepler is a mechanical engineering technology major at Tri-C and currently seeking an internship in her field so that she can grow and develop her professional acumen.

Ileanna Magaly Blanco Espinoza is Business Management major at Cleveland Sate University and pursing her MBA. Ileana wants to set up a program or company that helps students with disabilities to develop the skills they need to find jobs based off their interests and talents.

Proudest moment in life so far: Leaving my country alone to start a new life in the U.S

Joshua Abdallah is pursuing his bachelor of science in computer forensics at the Rochester institute of technology.  He is currently seeking internship experience in cybersecurity and forensics. Joshua enjoys mystery literature and has been inspired by Edgar Allen Po to write his own literature.

Proudest moment in life so far:   Graduating high school with an associates degree and enrolling in college with 60 dual enrollment credits

Owami Kgafane is a current student at the University of South Africa (UNISA), she is majoring in early childhood education. Owami also works full time as an Au Pair in Chagrin Falls.  Her long-term career aspiration is to be a pedagogical practitioner who has a positive impact on student’s lives.

Proudest moment in life so far:  Putting my life on pause to live far away from home so that I can learn and grow as a person

Butoto Ngungu (Titi) is a current student of applied science (medical assistant) at Tri-C. Titi is passionate about giving back and wants to continue her Christian clothing brand and travel the world.
