telos managing partners recently reviewed the results and key findings from a six month organization assessment done by a Case MPOD graduate student. The intervention was designed to prepare telos for future growth. Amy Simmons, managing partner, stated, “It was both exciting and educational for us to utilize many of the tools we use with our clients to help us thoughtfully prepare our own organization for the road ahead”.
