Our leadership guides facilitate all personal and professional development activities before, during and after your telos leadership venture. Our guides are experts in the areas of leadership development, business strategy, and change management. They also have the following professional qualifications:
- post graduate degree in organization development and / or executive coaching certification
- extensive industry senior leadership experience

About Our Wilderness Guides
Wilderness guides from The Wildland Trekking Company oversee backcountry logistics and safety on each telos leadership venture. These guides are experts in the terrain and geography of each location. They also have the following hiking and backpacking guide qualifications:
- wilderness First Responder or EMT medical certifications
- extensive experience and proven competence with backcountry travel and guiding in area of expertise
- NAU Backcountry Environmental Health Certification (Food Handlers Permit)
- certifications in Leave No Trace outdoor ethics
