Alberto Arroyo

Senior Consultant

Alberto is a business psychologist with over twelve years of experience helping organizations meet their business goals and objectives by properly aligning their people strategy. He has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, higher education, and consultative services with organizations that include University Hospitals of Cleveland, General Electric, Hewlett Packard, Target, Baldwin Wallace University, Takeda, Shire, AstraZeneca, Wolters Kluwer Health, Sanofi-Aventis and Amgen. As a senior consultant with the telos institute, he is a trusted advisor in the areas of competency model building, individual assessment, strategy & culture, and coaching, and is certified in over a dozen assessments that allow him to properly diagnose and understand root causes to provide the most appropriate recommendations and solutions.

Alberto is passionate about the powerful combination of assessment and coaching. An initial self-discovery process that includes a blend of assessments allows clients to first understand how their distinctive personality, temperament, values, interests, work styles and learned behaviors truly impact their motivation, effectiveness, and even quality of life. Thereafter, he works with individuals and groups to help maximize their potential through coaching that includes affirmation of strengths, identification of hidden skills or blind spots, accountability and challenge in a safe environment where people can openly share, evaluate, internalize, plan and commit to attaining results and personal growth.

Alberto graduated from Elmhurst College with a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bluffton University.

Alberto lives in Olmsted Falls, OH with his wife and three kids. For relaxation and fun, he enjoys time with his family and friends, laughing, reading, trying out new things, playing all types of sports (especially basketball), and rooting for Cleveland sports teams.
