Betsy Ross is a sought-after corporate coach with certifications in numerous assessments and inventories, including MBTI, DiSC, and The Leadership Circle Profile. She currently serves as a Leadership Development Coach with the telos institute where she partners with senior management professionals to ensure clarity of vision, control in action, and connection to performance.
Betsy built her coaching practice on the foundation of nearly two decades of training and development work with Moen, North America’s #1 faucet brand. While with the Cleveland-based manufacturer, Betsy spearheaded the creation of the company’s first-ever sales training curriculum.
After crafting a high-potential sales leadership program that boosted the organization’s promotion rate to 90%, Betsy branched out. Grounded in a clear understanding of the demands and needs of a corporate setting, she leverages her background in instructional design and project management to drive performance and sustain positive change in a myriad of business environments.
Betsy focuses her coaching work on growing value and building connections with individual clients. A trained forest therapy guide, she brings professionals into the great outdoors to find inspiration in the balance of nature. Ross values the rich transformation of those open to discovery and promotes alignment with one’s true priorities and values.
Betsy is committed to her own personal and professional development. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in Santa Monica, California. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and maintains credentials through the Coaches Training Institute as well as the Association of Nature’s Forest Therapy.
In 2016, Ross hiked the Grand Canyon and joined the top 1% of adventurers who make it all the way to the Colorado River. When not backpacking through the seven world wonders, she enjoys amateur hunt-seat equitation and traveling with her husband, Rand.
