Henry brings a wealth of professional and educational experience to the telos institute. He is especially attuned to the pace of change in all facets of modern life and the implications of that ever-quickening pace. In his role as director, client relations, he is responsible for helping new individuals and organizations partner with telos and thereby liberate greatness.
Henry has earned a BA in Political Science from Bowling Green State University and a dual MBA from the University of Rochester. He has been named financial advisor of the year multiple times at each of a series of three successor firms culminating in Ameriprise Financial. He has also won several awards for management in that same industry, including regional awards for branch manager of the year and a national award for district manager of the year.
After twenty-six years of experience in the financial services industry, Henry turned his attention to coaching and consulting as yet another way to serve others and continue to solve challenges. As a consultant, he has successfully served hundreds of clients including more than fifty C-suite executives across numerous industries. His work focused on such topics as performance management, sales, organizational structure, and career management.
Henry is a lifetime member of the VFW, having earned five medals with the U.S. Army. He lives with his family in Baltimore County, Maryland and enjoys reading, tennis, chess, and cooking to loud music.
