Jen has an extensive background providing extraordinary support to those who need help. From working as an EMS Dispatcher to a Paramedic and a Performance Improvement Coordinator for the City of Cleveland, Jen’s career has been dedicated to improving the lives of others.

As a Client Relations Coordinator for the telos institute, she believes that the success and satisfaction of our clients and the telos team are central to the overall success of our organization. Jen supports all necessary administrative and logistical elements of the team to ensure that everything is efficient and effective. Her unwavering pursuit of extraordinary helps our panel members succeed in each telos engagement.

Jen graduated from Ohio University and lives in northeast Ohio with her husband and two children. When not working, Jen enjoys hiking, swimming, spending time with her dog, and reading fiction.
