Laura has spent the last ten years coaching high-performing, emerging and executive leaders on how to leverage their innate strengths, values, and purpose to maximize their career and personal success.

As a senior consultant with the telos institute, Laura inspires her clients to create a detailed vision of their ideal career and best lives and then assists them in creating an action plan for attaining their highest potential. Laura also helps leaders understand 360 feedback and personality and behavioral assessments to capitalize on their best assets and bridge any gaps or constraints that may impede career growth.

Having held senior leadership positions in marketing, sales, and business development for multinational companies such as Dun & Bradstreet and Pitney Bowes, nonprofits such as ASM International and most recently academia at Case Western Reserve University, Laura understands the leadership challenges and executive pressures that come with being a senior leader within an organization.

Laura believes strongly in the importance of cultivating high performing teams in order to grow organizational success. She has extensive experience working with sales and marketing executives to develop energetic, positive leadership, influential communication, strategic thinking, team building and emotional intelligence.

Laura also coaches emerging leaders, (engineers and STEM professionals), on career development, self-awareness, purpose, global awareness, collaboration, and communication.

Laura has traveled extensively visiting 46 states and 22+ countries in search of greater self-awareness, purpose and deeper understanding of people, cultures and history. She lives with her husband in Avon Lake, Ohio.
