Senior Consultant

Rose is a seasoned professional with expertise in assisting organizations and individuals to clarify and attain their goals. She founded and was President of Common Ground in Oberlin, Ohio, an organization which offers innovative programming to learners of all kinds to deepen their knowledge of leadership, community building and relationship in and through the natural world. Throughout her career Rose has convened national and international thought leaders to reimagine leadership and has worked in collaboration with the Mandel School of Applied Social Science at Case Western Reserve University where she designed and facilitated a two-year research project with a small cohort of executive-level women to expand the body of knowledge about challenges and success strategies particular to women leaders. She also co-founded North Star, a business cooperative set up to provide support for women entrepreneurs. On a global level she has worked to co-found and facilitate “Sister Sojourner,” a series of retreats that brings together women from the United States and South Africa to imagine what is next in their lives.

As a telos consultant, Rose brings her passion and expertise to her work with individuals who are interested in cultivating skills of integration and wholeness. Her coaching style is grounded in the power of presence and built on years of experience. Rose’s methodology centers around her belief that people carry within themselves the values and priorities that can guide them to their desired outcome.

Rose lives in Asheville, North Carolina and teaches classes at the University of North Carolina Osher Lifelong Learning Center. She loves the adventure of travel and finds personal renewal through wilderness and wildlife.
