Prior to her position as the director of the telos leadership foundation, Sne Gasa served as a coordinator for Au Paircare, a US au pair agency that matches families with international au pairs and as a public service fellow for The Cleveland Foundation. In her role as director for the foundation, Sne will bring her voice and expertise to help coordinate and refine the emerging leaders fellowship experience.

Sne, born and raised in South Africa, came over to the States herself as an au pair. She understands first-hand how important mentorship and leadership development is to helping underserved young adults thrive.

Sne is a graduate of Hiram College where she obtained a degree in Business Management. During her free time, she is an avid yogi and meditation practitioner.
