A results-focused leader with a proven track record of providing fortune 500 organizations with strategic direction, Herzog will oversee telos’ day-to-day operations. For more than two decades, Mike has worked with individuals and organizations to facilitate profound transformation. An experienced trainer, coach, facilitator, organizational development consultant, and martial artist, Mike works with teams and organizations from diverse industries.

Prior to his role as President, Herzog served as the telos institute’s Chief Experience Officer, where he worked with leaders and teams to create and sustain profound transformation through curating uniquely tailored experiences, resulting in strengthened employee engagement and high-performing cultures.

Herzog holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s in Organizational Development and Integral Studies from Fielding Graduate University. He is a certified Integral Master-Coach through Integral Coaching Canada. Over the years Mike has trained with The Strozzi Institute, The Collaborative Operating System, The John Maxwell Team, Diane Musho Hamilton, Leader-Factor, Complete-Coherence, ChangeWise, and Circles of Heart and Stone.
