As we wrap up 2017 we wanted to reflect on the accomplishments of the past year and to shine a light on some opportunities to connect in 2018.

Over the course of 2017 we are thrilled to have added additional diversity to our panel of consultants, not only in the way of professional experience, but geographic location as well. Some of our newest telos team members reside in Florida, Pennsylvania, Washington, New York, South Carolina and Ohio. We are honored to have so many amazing people as part of telos and we work hard every day to keep you up to date about developments and opportunities in order to ensure you feel informed and involved.

In addition to our new consultants we have also added a tremendous resource that is not only an asset to us at headquarters, but also to every single one of you working with telos. Jen Tomasch joined us in December and is available to help with scheduling and to answer any questions you might have. Jen T has tremendous experience and has already gifted Consulting Services with her talents to keep us moving forward. Many of you may remember filling out a survey to capture your professional experience and interests in working with telos. In 2017 we implemented the use of a Coach Database to assist in finding opportunities that meet the needs, background and interest of our consultants and our clients. We will be updating this important tool annually to capture any experiences, credentials or areas of interest that have changed or that you have added in the past year. While there are many things that we are thankful for, one exciting development is the expansion of the Tools & Resources folder on the Drive. This folder not only has some basic administrative information, but Kim Paik has been hard at work and has added many resources around the assessments we use. As we celebrate the end of 2017 and look towards 2018 please save Friday, January 12th for our first on the trail webinar where we will discuss the value of and tips to starting right to stay right in coaching.
